This video show an asymmetric tonsillar hyperptrophy with the left side larger than the right and markedly elongated uvula in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA). A thorough evaluation and sleep study results mandates removal of both tonsils and trimming of the uvula with repair of the pharynx to improve the airway.
